When you create an account we collect:

• Your chosen username
• Drinks you build, likes, saves, follows, and comments you make

We do not collect your real name, phone number, or payment information.

2. How We Use It

• To operate your account and show your drinks on the platform
• To send notifications about activity on your drinks
• To improve the app based on how features are used

We do not sell your data. We do not show you ads. We do not share your email with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Elaris uses the following services to operate:

• Supabase — stores your account data and drink content securely
• Vercel — hosts and serves the app

Both services have their own privacy policies and handle data under industry-standard security practices.

4. Public Content

Drinks you build and your profile are public by default. Your email address is never made public. Anyone can view your drinks and username without an account.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Request a copy of your data by emailing us

To delete your account, go to your Profile and select “Delete Account.”

6. Data Retention

When you delete your account, your email, username, and all drinks are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

7. Children

Elaris is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email us.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll note the date at the top when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
