1. Who We Are

Elaris Drinks (โ€œElaris,โ€ โ€œwe,โ€ โ€œusโ€) is a platform that lets users build, name, and share custom drink orders. Elaris is operated by Essam Qureshi. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Elaris. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is hateful, harassing, obscene, or harmful
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use Elaris to spam or advertise without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Use drink names or bios to post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to ban accounts without notice.

5. Your Content

You own the drink names, descriptions, and other content you post. By posting, you give Elaris a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. We will never sell your content to third parties.

6. Brand Names

Starbucks, Dutch Bros, 7 Brew, Dunkin', and Tim Hortons are trademarks of their respective owners. Elaris is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. We reference their menus for user convenience only.

7. Disclaimer

Elaris is provided โ€œas isโ€ without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of menu information, which may change at any time. Use drink recipes at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elaris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Elaris after changes means you accept the new Terms.
